GF Dry Mix Experiments

With the cost of gluten free mixes still being so high, I decided to take on the challenge of creating my own. I consider myself a scientist, as I went to college for biology and chemistry, so research and experimenting are actually pretty exciting for me.

I know it's going to take a very long time to perfect my recipes, and will most likely cost a lot too. However, I'm extremely hopeful that this endeavor works out and I can create lower-cost gluten free dry mixes for delicious breads, pizza and pie crusts, cookies, cakes, and brownies.

I'm very grateful to have you all as part of my gluten free community, and I know you all will support me. I won't ask for any family secrets, but if you have any tips or advice you would like to share with me, I would definitely appreciate it.

I'll keep you updated with my progress and take plenty of photos of my, hopefully successful, creations.
